Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DeskAnchor platform, including our POS interfaces, Rental Management tools, and Invoicing systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. User Accounts
To use our mirrored management system, you must maintain an active account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account, whether by employees or authorized agents.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your business portal.
3. Service Usage & Restrictions
DeskAnchor grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software for business operations. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Use the system for any illegal transactions or fraudulent rental activities.
- Bypass any security measures or encryption protocols built into the mirrored architecture.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Service fees are billed according to the plan selected during registration. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in temporary suspension of the mirrored client-facing portal and administrative access.
5. Limitation of Liability
DeskAnchor Technologies provides its services "as is." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any business interruptions, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from service downtime or technical malfunctions.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
